Very comfortable stay, couldn't recommend more!

This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has new-fashioned rooms and serves wonderful breakfast. The staff are super friendly and exceptional, answered every question I had. Thank you you all!

Exceptionally comfortable bed in triple room with a sofa bed and a TV set. Central location, brilliant base for discovering Bern. Early check-in and late check-out, parking by the hotel.

Great and absolutely perfect location - right next to Star. Set short walk to which is in the begining of the old town, the tram that transport to bern central station, and centre of town in the very quiet area.

By and large, it was bright and colourful place with very very nice staff at the reception desk.

The breakfast is very good and amazing with meats and fresh waffles and pastries, there’s an option for each taste. The setting is marvellous and unbeatable, just off which is in the begining of the old town as well as bus / tram. Mattenhof-Weissenbuhl district won't disappoint you.

This location was nice and easy, so close to the train station and centre, the tram, and the wonderful green park called Gurten. Stayed in a nicely decorated room with necessary toiletries. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Bern.

The location was great and absolutely perfect, relatively close to Star. The room was modern & practical together with air con and the bathroom.

Located just a short tram ride away from the train station, this hotel is conveniently situated close to the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-tub combination and towels are provided. Breakfast offers a good variety of options including fresh fruit salad, croissants, and cold cuts. The hotel also provides a free Bern transport pass, making it easy to explore the city from its great location.

Some guests may find that the hotel does not provide synthetic pillows, causing discomfort for those who are allergic to feathers.

We got a nice spacious room with a big bathroom (with bathtub) and balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Quiet surroundings.

I have to mention this man (probably the boss or the owner of the hotel) at breakfast who kept ordering the other employees around and "helping" people to make their hot drinks in very unfriendly and unpleasant way. He actually caused chaos rather than help.

We had a pleasant stay and appreciated having free Wi-Fi.

The hotel is a decent place to stay - it's not expensive, not luxurious, and a bit far from the old part of the city, but the quality equals the price.

Christmas time at this hotel was fantastic. The decorations were really beautiful and gave us a cozy and warm feeling. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a great variety of options. , the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

We had some issues with the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the AC was not working properly, which made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is located in the centre not far from the railwaystation. We sent two nights in comfortable room and very good quality breakfest.
